It’s a plastic little jar and each saying has the same thing on the outside of the card but each little card has a unique positive statement inside. It’s a good value and it’s a very giftable item. I got it for my niece who is going through cancer treatments and is sometimes feeling down and overwhelmed. It’s a nice little size that she could put anywhere and reach for it when she needs a pick me up. It comes in a nice box so is ready to gift even without wrapping it.
